Hands-On AC/Refrigeration Simulator Technology Day

This full day training course lets you work with a simulator using a series of mechanical and electrical exercises. You will analyze and determine the best course of corrective action and learn best practices to achieve continued efficient system performance.

An experienced Emerson Instructor will be leading the class through exercises geared to varying skill levels on the Emerson training simulator. Every participant will gain valuable experience in this course by using a self-contained system to simulate maintenance functions such as:

  • Recovery and Evacuation
  • Charging
  • Pump-Down
  • Change Out Filter Drier
  • Leak Repair
  • Change Out and Adjust Low Pressure Control
  • Compressor Failure Change Out
  • Change Faulty Evaporator Fan Motor
  • Compressor Wiring
